Janna Le

Obtained Bachelor of Law Degree from Hanoi Law University in 2007, Janna Le has had over 10 years of legal practicing as an in-house Paralegal at small and medium enterprises in Vietnam. After moving to Canada, she continued studying at law and being licensed to provide legal services in Ontario (Canada) as P1 Paralegal, member of the Law Society of Ontario (LSO). In a role of co-founder and senior licensee at Giang Anh Law, Janna provides legal services within the scopes of Paralegal's practice regarding to Immigration appeal matter at Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), Small Claims at Small Claims Court Division, and Landlord &Tenant matters upon Resident Tenancies Act (RTA).

Janna Le possesses an outstanding award collection. She was given Dean’s List Certificates, graduated with honor diploma and gained the scholarship from educational institutions in Vietnam and Canada. Her professional skills and experience were affirmed by many achievements in various SMEs in Vietnam. She was recognized as an influential leader who imprinted her innovation, solution-focused skill and discipline-obligated behaviour. In Ottawa, Janna demonstrated her enthusiasm in helping the community by participating into courthouse support program which is organized by Elizabeth Fry Society of Ottawa. She took part in supporting new immigrants at not-for-profit organization (IWSO) in a role of legal speaker, delivered the free legal advice to the tenants on the day of their hearing at Landlord and Tenant Boards (LTB) under the supervise of Duty Counsel. Janna also run her own Paralegal & Notary office under her name in Ottawa. With her professional knowledge and experience at law as Vietnamese and Canadian Paralegal, Janna actively supports the Vietnamese clients who are not familiar with legal issues by either Vietnamese or English language.
