Book Appointment with Our licensees

Please use the booking tools above to schedule an appointment with Ways to Canada's Associated Lawyers, Canada Course Graduate (CCG) or Immigration Consultant (RCIC). A different meeting methods to talk to our counsel (either in-person, request for a call back or talking via video conferencing) are available up to your convenience!

After you successfully book an appointment, a confirmation will be sent to you immediately via email.

Confirming Appointments

Once you have scheduled an appointment, an automatic email will be sent to you for confirmation. If you are unable to attend your consultation on the scheduled date and time, please provide us with at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. If we receive at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, you will be able to reschedule your appointment within 7 days. Please note that photo identification must be presented prior to the consultation. If we do not receive a notice of appointment cancellation 48 hours in advance we reserve the right to invoice you for the scheduled consultation (01 hour in default).

Remote Consultations and Video Conferencing (Google Meet, Facetime or ANY MOBILE APPLICATIONS)

We understand how busy life can get. If you do not live in Ottawa (Canada) or Vietnam, or if you are unable to make an appointment in-person because of any reason, we can schedule your face-to-face appointment or consultation using Google Meet/ Microsoft Team or any other video mobile applications available.

These video legal consultations can be set for regular business hours or early morning and evening appointments. Best of all, these appointments can take place in the comfort and absolute privacy of your own home or business. A video meeting can be conducted by cellphone app (Viber/WhatsApp/Facetime/Zalo) or via Google Meet at canadafile.vn@gmail.com. The conference call may be recorded for the Solicitor-client privilege and having the same level of confidentiality that we would in a live meeting. We will need you to scan, email or fax us a copy of your identification prior to your appointment.

Video streaming is free with Google Meet and all you need is to have broadband and a webcam. We do not charge any additional fees for Video method other than regular professional fee. At the time of your appointment, ensure that you are connected to Internet or your mobile application is ready in use. Our Lawyer will make a call from Google Meet using email address canadafile.vn@gmail.com. Add us today and let’s start talking!
